Return Policy

Please note that goods once purchased cannot be returned/exchanges.
We will accept returns/exchanges for orders only in the circumstance of manufacturer's defects, or in the case of a shipment containing the wrong sizes/style/colors.

• Defective Item
  If an item you received is defective, we will certainly replace the item with a new one. We will ship the replacement product to you at our cost.
  An item that was discovered to be defective upon receipt can be replaced with the same model only.
• Return Shipping
  We will refund the full value of your purchase (including the shipping cost for return) after the return has completed our receiving/inspection process. Please allow additional processing time after Holidays.
